What makes Logan boots better than other brands?

Logan boots are handcrafted in the USA. They are made for us by Rios of Mercedes. Our private label Logan Boot, is built to be durable and fashionable. We don’t mass produce styles, cut corners, and build cheap boots. At Logan’s our goal is to give you the fit of a lifetime, great customer service, and the highest quality boots available.

Logan, Rios of Mercedes, Olathe, Anderson Bean boots our made with all leather from top to bottom, steel shanks and wood pegs. These boots are real cowboy boots they follow 100 year old traditions and are built to last. No rubber super tryflex soles just leather soles, good fitting boots, and quality leathers go into producing our boots.

How do I know what size my boots are?

Inside each pair is a stamped code by the boot pulls. One code is the work order number which tracks each boot. The other is the size, it will look something like 4900 which equates to a 9D. A 2750 is a 7.5B but don’t worry about decoding your size just call us with the stamped numbers and we will take care of it for you.

How do they fit? What do they compare to?

Logan boots can fit just about everyone. They come in sizes 4-16 and widths A-EE. We can even make some other special sizes. Men tend to wear a little smaller boot then they would a tennis shoe. Women will drop one whole size from what they wear in a shoe. Picking your width depends on your foot. For a narrow foot you will tend to wear a B width, Women’s average is a C width. Men typically wear a D but for a wider foot you could wear an E or EE.

Rios is a very traditional fit. They have a narrow throat and higher arch than a Logan.

Anderson Bean and Logan will offer the same fit so your size will stay the same.

Why do you not have a shopping cart?

Logan’s does not offer an online shopping cart at this time because with a traveling store (the Logan trailer) there is no way for us to keep an accurate up to date inventory with the internet. Also we find that customers are much more satisfied with the level of customer service we can provide over the phone when trying to determine size.

If you order a style we have in stock and we just don’t have your size at the time it takes an average of 8-10 months.

If you order a single order or special order boot it takes about 18 weeks.

How much does it cost to ship boots?

We ship UPS. All Ground UPS shipping cost $25 anywhere in the US excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping takes between 1-6 days. If you need faster shipping call for pricing.
